RETURNS

We understand that an item may be unsuitable from time to time so you're welcome to return your item back to us. 

You are liable for the cost of returning your item. We recommend returning your order via your local postal service using a standard service. Please keep all proof of postage receipts, in case your order is lost in transit.

Please remember to mark your package as 'returned goods'.

The parcel is the sender’s responsibility until The Jump Rope Company Ltd has acknowledged that the package has been received.

Once we've received your returned item and it has been processed, you'll be contacted confirming what action has been taken.

Most order issues can be resolved without the need to return an item. Your are liable for the cost of shipping returned items so get in touch using the link below before returning your item.

  • Items must be returned within 14 days from the day you received your order. Transit times are not included within this time.

  • Items must be sent back with your order information, preferably a copy of your order invoice. Without this, we cannot always correctly identify you (the customer) and may not be able to fulfil your return request.

  • All Item(s) must be unused, unworn and unwashed.

  • All items are thoroughly inspected before any action is taken.

  • Returns can take up to 7 working days to process, so don't be alarmed if you've tracked your return as delivered but haven't heard from us yet.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • The returned parcel is the customer’s responsibility up until The Jump Rope Company Ltd has acknowledged that the package has been received.

  • Refunds are not accepted for the customer’s inability or refusal to pay for import tax or custom charges.

  • All custom jump ropes are made-to-order. We reserve the right to refuse a refund on these items.


If any item(s) returned to us breach any of the terms outlined in this policy, then we reserve the right to refuse a refund. Due to the cost of import between the UK and other countries, if your item(s) does breach any of the above terms, your product may not be returned to you. Get in touch before returning your item(s).

Due to our reseller/distribution system, your rights to returns and refunds are subject to the country you live in and to whom your payment was paid to (The Jump Rope Company Ltd., or one of its official distributors).
