Jump rope meet ups are an opportunity for people across the country to hang out, have fun and jump rope. These meet ups are free to attend and all experience levels are welcome. Bring your own jump rope or try out our community ropes!

MEET THE CO-FOUNDERS

Stephanie, Jacqz and Andrea (pictured left to right) are a trio of passionate jump ropers who formed the Jump Rope Vancouver group in January 2021 to share their passion and grow the jump rope movement in Canada. The group is now over 400 strong and growing everyday.

Jump Rope Vancouver host monthly meet ups which are free to attend. Meet ups include group combos, Double Dutch, information for beginners on how to get started.

  • Yes! There is absolutely no charge, jump rope meet ups are free to attend.

  • All experience levels are welcome are these meet ups, no matter whether you’re a complete beginner or seasoned enthusiast.

    Professional coaches and athletes sometimes attend, so meet ups are the perfect place to seek out help if you’re learning.

  • Meet ups primarily involve jumpers hanging out, sharing ideas and trying combos together.

    Other jump rope activities can include:
    Double Dutch
    2-in-1 Rope
    Chinese Wheel

    Professional coaches often attend, and are happy to share their knowledge with others when asked.

  • Meet ups often start around midday and can last for as much as 4 hours.

    You may jump as much or as little as you wish. Jump rope meet ups are about hanging out with fellow jumpers and having fun.

  • No, you do not. You may bring any brand of ropes you own.

    Jump rope meet ups do not discriminate against different brands - they are about bringing people together to share their passion for jump rope.
